Delivery is free on orders over £50 or to existing clients of the salon who live within HP15 area.
Orders under £50 will incur £3.50 flat rate delivery charge.
Delivery will be between 2-4 days, though delays may occur due to Covid-19.
If you have changed your mind you can return your item within 14 days unused, unopened in a re-saleable condition with all tamper-resistant seals and packaging intact. We are happy to offer a store credit, a different product, or a full refund. Please ensure that if your item came with a free gift this will also need to be returned. If the free item isn’t returned we reserve the right to deduct the value of the free item on your refund or credit.
Please send an email to shop@josephinehealthandbeautystudio.co.uk with details of the order including the date you ordered and the order number.
You will receive an email with a return code, upon receipt please return your item by recorded delivery so you have proof of postage and wrap item securely (preferably in the same outer packaging) ensuring the returns code is in the package. Cost of returning the item will not be reimbursed unless the item is faulty or an error on our side.

Once we received the returned item we will process your preferred option of either a replacement item, refund or credit note within 2-4 days.
