Information you need to know
Appointment Policy
We require a courtesy notice of at least 24 hours to cancel or re-arrange an appointment. Notice need to be given when the salon is open otherwise a full charge is applied.
Treatments and Prices
Changes may be made without prior notice.
Courses
Our courses must be completed within 6 months with exception to our facial course of 6 to be completed in 9 months and facial course of 9 to be completed in 12 months. Our course are non-refundable and can only be used by one person.
Medical Conditions & Pregnancy
Some treatments have contra-indications. Please inform us of any medical conditions, medication or pregnancy prior to a treatment. Please feel free to call us if you need any advice on the treatments we offer.
Gift Cards
Our gift cards are valid for 12 months. We cannot replace any lost or stolen gift cards.
Mobile Phones
We would appreciate you have your phone on silent when coming for a treatment.
